Age Limit & Pay Scale Details (As on 01/02/2026)

• Upper Age Limit : 27 Years to 32 Years (varies by post and category as on 01/02/2026). Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/ExSM as per GoI rules.
• Stipend During Training : Rs. 60,000/- per month.
• Pay Scale (Post Completion of Training) : Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000/- (E1 Grade).

RCFL Management Trainee Selection Process 2026

• Stage 1: Online Test

  Candidates will appear for a Computer-Based Online Test.

  • Total Questions: 100
  • Duration: 90 Minutes
  • Questions will cover Discipline/Subject Knowledge and General Aptitude.
  • Negative marking will be applicable for incorrect answers.
  • Candidates qualifying the online test will be shortlisted for further stages.

  Stage 2: Document Verification

  Shortlisted candidates will undergo Document Verification, where their educational, category, identity, and other eligibility documents will be checked.

  Stage 3: Personal Interview

  Candidates clearing the required stages will be called for a Personal Interview. Their technical knowledge, communication skills, and suitability for the Management Trainee post will be assessed.

  Stage 4: Pre-Employment Medical Examination

  Finally selected candidates must pass the Pre-Employment Medical Examination as per RCF Ltd medical standards before joining.

  • Complete New Registration using your basic details, mobile number, and email ID.
  • Fill in the application form and select the required MT discipline.
  • Upload your Photograph, Signature, Left Thumb Impression, Handwritten Declaration, and required certificates/documents in the prescribed format.
  • Pay the ₹1,000 application fee online, if applicable to your category.
  • Review all details carefully before final submission.
  • Submit the form and save/print the e-receipt and application confirmation page for future reference.
