IBPS Clerk / CSA Vacancy, Pay Scale & Qualification

• Bachelor Degree (Graduation) in any stream from any recognized University in India.
• Basic Knowledge of Computer Operation / Systems.
• Proficiency in the Local Language of the State / UT applied for.

IBPS CSA / Clerk Selection Process

• Stage 1: Online Preliminary Examination

  Candidates will first appear for the Preliminary Examination, conducted online. It generally tests English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability. Candidates must qualify as per the prescribed cut-off to proceed to the Main Examination.

  Stage 2: Online Main Examination

  Candidates shortlisted from the Prelims will appear for the Main Examination. Questions cover areas such as General/Financial Awareness, General English, Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, and Computer-related knowledge, as specified in the official exam pattern. Performance in the Main Examination is important for final selection.

  Stage 3: Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT)

  Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the local language of the State/UT applied for. Those who have studied the specified local language at the required school level may receive exemption where permitted under IBPS rules.

  Stage 4: Document Verification & Medical Examination

  Provisionally selected candidates will undergo Document Verification, where their educational, identity, category, and other eligibility certificates will be checked. Candidates must also satisfy the medical fitness requirements of the allotted participating bank before appointment.

  Final Selection: The final allotment will be made according to merit, eligibility, state-wise vacancies, candidate preferences, and applicable IBPS rules.

How to Apply for IBPS Clerk / CSA XVI Online Form 2026

• • Visit the official IBPS website and open the CRP CSA section.
  • Select “CRP CSA-XVI” and click on “New Registration”.
  • Register using your basic personal, mobile number, and email details.
  • Log in and complete the application form between 01 August 2026 and 21 August 2026.
  • Upload the required Photograph, Signature, Left Thumb Impression, Handwritten Declaration, and Class 10th Certificate in the prescribed format.
  • Pay the applicable application fee through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or other available online modes.
  • Check all entered details carefully before final submission.
  • Submit the form and print/save the final application receipt for future reference.
