Eligibility Details

• Graduation in Any Discipline.
• Computer Application Certificate/Diploma (Minimum 6 Months).
• English Typing : 40 WPM
• Hindi Typing : 30 WPM

Pay Scale & Selection Process

• Selected candidates will be appointed under Pay Level-4 of the 7th Pay Commission with a salary of ₹25,500 – ₹81,100 per month, along with Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance, Medical Benefits, and other admissible allowances as per Patna High Court rules.

  Stage 1: Written Examination

  • Candidates must appear for a Written Examination consisting of:
    • Part-A: Objective-type questions on English, Hindi, Computer Awareness, Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude.
    • Part-B: English Computer Typing Test (40 WPM for 400 words).
    • Part-C: Hindi Computer Typing Test (30 WPM for 300 words).
  • There is no negative marking in the objective section.
  • Candidates must qualify in all three parts to be considered for the next stage.

  Stage 2: Skill Test

  • The Skill Test consists of English and Hindi Computer Typing Tests.
  • Candidates must achieve the prescribed typing speed and accuracy in both languages.
  • Only candidates qualifying the typing tests will be shortlisted for the interview.

  Stage 3: Interview

  • Candidates who qualify the written examination and skill test will be called for the Interview.
  • The interview carries 10 marks, with a minimum qualifying mark of 3.
  • Final selection will be based on the candidate’s overall performance as per the recruitment rules and merit list prepared by the High Court.
