Educational Qualification

  • B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering: Degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 50% marks.
  • AMIE: AMIE qualification in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Institution of Engineers (India), Kolkata, with at least 50% marks.

Pay Scale & Selection Process

• Selected candidates for the Junior Engineer (Electrical) post will receive a starting basic pay of approximately ₹35,400 per month, along with applicable allowances and benefits as per PSPCL rules.

  Selection Process

  Stage 1: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
  Candidates will appear for an online Computer-Based Examination consisting of objective-type questions based on the prescribed technical and general syllabus.

  Stage 2: Merit List
  Candidates who qualify the CBT will be considered for the Merit List. The merit ranking will be prepared primarily on the basis of marks secured in the examination, subject to PSPCL recruitment rules.

  Final Selection: Appointment will be subject to eligibility verification, required documents, and fulfillment of other conditions prescribed by PSPCL.
